Every review below is genuine buyer feedback from our eBay profile — real people who bought real boats, most starting at a single dollar. Buyer names are masked exactly as eBay shows them. The complete, always-current record lives on our eBay feedback profile.
At first, I wasn't sure how it would work, and it all worked smoothly because I read, understood, and followed ALL the instructions. I used PayPal, which sped things up. The seller was very cooperative. The boat is exactly as represented, the trailer was roadworthy and tracked well, and, adding in the $499 ODB fee, I paid about one tenth of the boat's actual value. I highly recommend ODB to people with critical thinking skills! A++++
I can't say enough good things about one dollar Boat and this transaction. They communicated throughout the entire process and when I made the payment through Venmo, they set me up with the donor, sent me the contact information and pick up location immediately. I will say, check the paperwork and make sure the donor/seller has everything in order — it will save you a phone call or two sorting it out. Customer service is great and communication is top-notch.
This is my 4th purchase from this seller, for both myself and family members — ALL AS DESCRIBED! With that said, you need to understand that they only know what the donors tell them, pictures are old, the vessel will need some care, and understand your cost of getting it to you — and you will be pleased with your purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
Perfect transaction. Better than the pictures described. Paid and was instantly given the seller info to schedule the pickup.
This is my second purchase from ONEDOLLARBOATS and each purchase has gone smoothly. They have made their payment process easier by offering a direct process at the bank. It is uncomfortable to make the deposit with no verification of a product, but I am here to tell you it works. Both boats I have purchased were GREAT deals, with the previous owners being helpful with the transfer. Communication with the seller was fast and appropriate. Would certainly buy again.
Great seller — we have purchased multiple boats from them and described to the best of their ability and 99% of the time perfectly. Super great value. Shipping is not an option.
As described. Smooth transaction. Pleasure to do business with 👍
The boat was exactly as described, in very good condition and an amazing value. I picked it up myself so shipping and packaging don't apply.
Fast response to emails. Minor issue with billing. Received donor information quickly and arranged date for pick-up.
No shipping, no packaging, was as described, great value. We have bought multiple boats from them and they try very hard to describe with only the information from the donor, and every boat was above our expectations.
Smooth transaction. Good communication. Item as described. Thank you.
Great people, had fun communicating with people my age LOL.
They have communicated openly with me and the purchase went smoothly. I would purchase from them again.
Good communication. As described.
Item as described. Good communication.
